The Racking Pallet beats the competition in strength-to-weight ratio!

The Racking Pallet beats the competition in strength-to-weight ratio!

The biggest misconception we encounter when speaking to a potential new customer is that our racking pallets do not rack in an open beam setting. This is often the largest hurdle for our sales team – to demonstrate and convince purchasers of the pallets true strength. The first thought when holding one of our products is that due to their material composite and overall weight they must be inherently weak. This is completely false and we have debunked this perception through our in-house testing facilities, third party testing houses, and live trial/“real world” applications.

At Airdex, we work to certify that our products do not impose additional requirements or limitations to those who use them, and in doing so, have created a racking pallet that outperforms others in the market with its strength-to-weight ratio. It is a common industry belief that ‘racking pallets’ require cross beams to enhance the stability and strength of the platform – this is false. As such, Airdex engineers have worked to create a pallet that stays true to our financial model (less weight leads to less expense) while maintaining the highest level of safety and performance standards. The product? The Airdex racking pallet; capable of handling your weight requirement in an open beam warehouse setting.
