The biggest misconception we encounter when introducing our pallet for the first time to warehouse personnel is destroying the myth that due to the material composition, leg footprint, and overall weight they must be inherently weak.
Each pallet is tailor-made to meet the needs of our customers (re: weight and racking requirement). Through our in-house testing facility, in tandem with reputable third-party testing firms, along with live ‘real world’ trial applications, we are able to certify that our pallets safely meet the ASTM D1185 racking performance requirements.
Our priority is to ensure the precious cargo we are entrusted to carry arrives safely. With that in mind, and the many millions of pallets sold and racked around the world, we can safely state that our pallets perform as designed.
